About me

My name is Anna Sturpino and I am an Accredited COSRT Psychosexual and Relationship therapist. With over eight years of clinical experience, I support individuals and couples as they navigate challenges around intimacy, communication and relationship dynamics.

At the start of my professional career, I worked as a general counsellor providing individual therapy within IAPT services and the charitable sector, supporting clients facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, loss, and life transitions.

I then specialised in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy, working in private practices in London and the NHS Psychosexual service in Kent. I have extensive experience in supporting clients across a wide range of psychosexual difficulties and diverse level of complexities tailoring treatments to individual needs.

I am experienced in working both short-term solution-focused therapy as well as open-ended deeper exploratory work. My aim is to work collaboratively with you, exploring with curiosity at your own pace.

My approach is integrative, largely using compassion-focused and behavioural interventions. My practice is informed by evidence-based research and a commitment to inclusive and affirming care.

Post-Graduate Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy  (COSRT, NCP, NCS and Middlesex University accredited)

Certificate in Psychotherapy and Counselling (NCP – National Council Of Psychotherapists accredited)
